Balanced both Barbarian and Druid

Created a Mighty Throw unique for Barbarian that created a new “big hit” playstyle.

Created a fan favorite legendary “of Delayed Extinction” that enabled a new way to play.

Created a new Unique that enables a human caster style of play for Druid.

Fixed many outlying issues including snapshotting problems across the game.

Helped rebalance all classes to enable more ways to play across the board.
